Super Tuesday … finally

Super Duper Tsunami Tuesday is finally here!  Like all political junkies, I’m aflutter with excitement.  I don’t know if I can keep myself awake until the last call is made for California, but I’ll hang with it as long as I can.  For those not as saturated with all of the details as I and my fellow addicts, here is a great link from the New York Times giving you the run down of which states are voting today and after today, whether they’re voting in a primary or a caucus, and how many delegates are at stake:

Primary Calendar: Democratic Nominating Contests

To watch the primary results on TV, I highly recommend MSNBC.  I will spare you a rant against FOX Noise and will only say that I’ve taken to calling CNN the Clinton News Network and, besides, the set makes my head hurt.  To follow online via the various state websites, which is an excellent way to stay up to date, check out these links from my friend Nora Kravec:

Alabama primary Open
Alaska caucus
American Samoa primary
Arizona primary Closed
Arkansas primary Open…
California primary Semi-open
Colorado caucus ?
Connecticut primary Closed…
Delaware primary Closed…
Democrats Abroad primary
Georgia primary Open…
Idaho caucus Open
Illinois primary Semi-open /
Kansas caucus Open
Massachusetts primary Open
Minnesota caucus Open /
Missouri primary Open /
New Jersey primary Semi-open
New Mexico caucus
New York primary Closed…
North Dakota caucus Semi-open…
Oklahoma primary Closed
Tennessee primary Open

The Republicans should know much more about their race today.  We Democrats are in for a roller coaster ride.  It’s going to be a great day.  Have fun and if you’re in a state that holds a primary or caucus today … GO VOTE!!!!!!!
