Another win for civil rights

The Connecticut Supreme Court has overturned a state wide ban against gay marriage.  Connecticut is the third state, after California and Massachusetts, in which same-sex marriage is now legal.  Because this issue is a state Constitutional issue, it cannot be appealed to the Federal Supreme Court.  Another victory for civil rights.  Right on.
